Crown & Bridge

Fixed restorations are the backbone of our production. Repeat prescriptions follow a stored preference profile - margin design, contact tightness, occlusal anatomy, shade parameters - so case number forty fits like case number four.

Material choice drives everything: strength, aesthetics, preparation requirements and price. The table below summarises the trade-offs; our technicians will confirm the right choice for a specific case before production starts.

Volume context for planning: fixed restorations run in the thousands of units per month across the Shenzhen and Huizhou facilities, with dedicated milling, sintering and porcelain departments. Multi-unit and long-span cases are assigned a named senior technician and ship with a design preview before milling - that preview step is where most expensive misunderstandings die.

Every fixed case is checked against a fixed QC sequence before release: marginal integrity, interproximal contacts, occlusion against the recorded scheme, and shade verification where porcelain work is involved. If we find a deviation, you hear it from us before the case ships - not from your patient after it is seated.

Frequently asked questions

Zirconia or E.max for my case?
As a rule of thumb: posterior units and bruxism patients go monolithic zirconia; high-aesthetic anterior units on healthy stumps go E.max or layered zirconia. Send the case details and we will confirm with reasoning before production.
Do you store our shade and anatomy preferences?
Yes - every account keeps a preference profile covering contacts, occlusion, anatomy style, staining and margin design. Different dentists in the same group keep separate profiles.
