Implant Restorations
Implant work fails on small things: a scan body matched to the wrong library, a substituted component, a cement line that could not be reached. Our implant workflow is built to catch those at intake - before anything is milled.
Every implant component - every screw, every abutment - is logged with brand, lot number and supplier record against your case. Documentation for patient records or audits comes from the case history, not from memory.
The department handles three tiers of complexity differently. Single-unit crowns run on a streamlined verify-design-produce path. Abutment cases add a design preview with margin confirmation. Full-arch work gets a written stage plan - prototype, try-in, definitive - agreed at case acceptance, because surgical dates do not move.
If you are outsourcing implant work for the first time, start with one case on a familiar system. You will see exactly how the verification chain works, and the case history page you receive doubles as a sample of the documentation you can expect on every case after it.
